When will my order ship?
Within 3 business days. We email your Australia Post tracking number when it leaves Sydney.
How much is shipping?
$12 flat rate Australia-wide, free on orders over $140.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refunded. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy for details.
Precious or Bliss: which should I choose?
Both start with the same rose and calendula infusion. Precious is the richer blend; Bliss is lighter for everyday use. Write to us with your skin type and we will help you choose.
Do you sell wholesale?
