Shipping

We ship within Australia from our studio in Sydney using Australia Post.

Once your order leaves us, we email your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. Please make sure your address is correct; parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may need to be re-sent at your cost.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside Australia, write to hello@ninisina.com.au and we will see what we can do.

Refunds and returns

Change of mind. You can return unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@ninisina.com.au with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your cost, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or faulty products. If your order arrives damaged, leaks, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure.

Privacy

Ninisina Pty Ltd (ABN 86 605 373 902) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number and shipping address when you order; your email if you subscribe to our letters; and the messages you send us. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach or are stored by us.

How we use it. To process and deliver your order, answer your questions, keep business and tax records, and, only if you subscribe, send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.

Who we share it with. Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Australia Post (delivery), Zoho (accounting and email) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We never sell your information.

Cookies. We use only the cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work, and basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@ninisina.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Terms of service

This website is operated by Ninisina Pty Ltd, West Ryde NSW. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or a price has been displayed in error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Using our products. Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the directions and safety information on each product page and label, and patch test before first use. Product descriptions and reviews are not medical advice; if you have a skin condition, speak with your health professional.

Discount codes. One code per order, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the conditions stated when the code is issued.

Content. Text, photographs and the Ninisina name and logo belong to Ninisina Pty Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, and without excluding any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
